Your role

As a Developer at Memorix you will focus on developing software solutions within a project or on the basis of reported incidents. In addition:

  • Building complex websites or custom applications in PHP, for example based on Joomla! or Laravel.
  • You will work with PHP 7.4/8.1, Nginx, Memcached, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Solr, Kubernetes, Docker, Vue.js, and Laravel, among others.
  • In addition, the Client Solutions Team is responsible for implementations and migrations to and from our collection management system

Your profile

As a Memorix champion you work independently, but you also work well in a team. A collegial team player! You want to develop yourself, not only professionally, but also personally. And you like to make time for that. In addition:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with object-oriented PHP.
  • You have experience with relational databases, preferably MySQL or PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with Laravel, Joomla and/or Solr is a plus.
  • Experience working according to Agile (Scrum) is a plus.
  • Experience with Linked Data (RDF) is a plus.
  • Experience with Kotlin is a plus.
  • An active Github account is a plus.
  • HBO/academic work and thinking level.
  • Good knowledge of the English language.

About the team

The Client Solutions Team consists of a team leader and a team of 8 developers. In addition, there is a UX/UI designer who optimizes the design of our products.
