On Wednesday, February 28, Bas Blokpoel and Peter Lutz will be present at the open knowledge session 'The Archive as Utility'. Anyone who is a member of the KVAN can participate in this event.
During this event we will discuss the future position of archives. The world is changing. Digitization has an enormous impact on society and therefore also on the position, working methods and function of archive institutions. Due to digitization, information is increasingly becoming digitally accessible in various forms. Users now and in the future will also have very different wishes with regard to access to that information.
